Client Acquisition:
You have the ability to reach expected sales target within the first 90 and 180 days of employment leveraging past experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Identify and target potential clients in the [Corporate/Education/School] to generate new business opportunities.

Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and service agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the leadership team on market developments and opportunities for business growth.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in HR consultancy or related services.
Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities
